  Trash valet service is a convenient solution that involves a dedicated team picking up residents' trash, taking it to the curb the night before garbage pickup, and returning it to the house after the garbage has been collected.

2. How Does Your Service Work?  

Our process is simple:

  • Our uniformed team members visit your property in the evening.

  • We collect residents' trash and securely place it at the curb for pickup.

  • After the garbage truck has come by, we return the trash bins to their designated spots near residents' homes.

3. What Are Your Service Hours? 

Our team operates during the evening hours, typically before dusk, to ensure trash is placed at the curb in time for garbage pickup.

4. Do You Provide Service Year-Round? 

Yes, we offer year-round service, including weekends and holidays*, to ensure uninterrupted convenience for residents.

5. Is There a Minimum Contract Period?

No long-term commitments. 

6. Where Do You Offer Trash Valet Services?

We currently provide our trash valet services in [Bay, Escambia, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, and Walton Counties in Northwest Florida.]. If you're unsure if your property is within our service area, please contact us for confirmation. 

7. Do You Serve Both Residential and Commercial Properties?

Yes, we offer trash valet services for both residential and commercial properties. Our flexible solutions cater to various property types.

8. How Do You Ensure the Safety of Residents' Property?

Our team is trained to handle trash bins with care. We take precautions to prevent any damage to residents' property during the pickup and return process, also we're licensed and insured. 

9. What Security Measures Are in Place?

We prioritize the safety and security of residents' property. Our team members are vetted, and we implement strict protocols to maintain a secure environment.

10. What Happens in Inclement Weather?

Our team is equipped to handle inclement weather conditions. We make every effort to provide consistent service, even in adverse weather.

11.What Cans Do You Take Out? 

Our service includes the trash, recycling, and compost bins.

12. How Will I Know It's Done? 

Our drivers will send you photo confirmation that your cans are out, and when they’re returned – so you never have to worry.

13. What if my recycling is bi-weekly?

If your recycling falls on the same day as your other bins, we will take the recycling out on the appropriate bi-weekly schedule at no additional charge.

14. How Does The Single Service Plan Work? 

This package is perfect for when you just need an extra helping hand periodically. Just sign up on the site and tell us in the notes what trash day you need serviced, and we will put you on the schedule for that specific week.

15. When does my service start after I sign up?

Your service will start on your next trash out day unless you request a specific start date. If you sign up on your trash day after the cutoff period (3:00 pm), your service will begin the following day with trash-in service.

16. Can I cancel anytime? 

Yes, you can cancel anytime, free of charge, no questions asked! But give us a call. We would love to help fix the problem before you go.

17. What if I have a gate or garage code?

If you have a property with a coded entryway, you can write the gate code under the note section when you sign up. If you have forgotten to include the gate code, email us at support@valettraschec.com and we will gladly include it in our internal system.

18. Do you offer your service to HOA’s?

We absolutely do! We are here to ensure every neighborhood’s trash bins are taken care of. For any inquiries, please feel free to contact us through support@valettrashec.com, and one of our specialists will get back to you within 24 hours.
